Claiming A Warranty Issue
If you believe your product is defective and eligible for warranty, kindly fill out the Return/Warranty Claim Form to initiate a warranty claim. Gadgets360 is not responsible for warranty rejections, we simply forward the product to the distributor/vendor on behalf of our customers for warranty purposes.
Defective / Faulty Products
All products under warranty that are deemed defective will be sent to the distributor/vendor for repair, replacement, or refund, as per their warranty policies. Warranty claims may be rejected if the product has been physically damaged, improperly installed, or subjected to abuse in any way.
Replacing Faulty Equipment
Warranty for faulty equipment will only be offered after a warranty issue has been claimed and verified by the official service agent. The warranty process typically takes up to 20 working days to complete.
Warranty Eligibility
Warranty applies only to products that have warranty information stated on their product page. If no warranty information is provided, the product is not eligible for warranty.
Goods That Do Not Meet The Description
At Gadgets360, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet the description provided on our website, customers have 7 working days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return the product. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and with all packaging materials and documentation, to Gadgets360.
Video Proof
Customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video upon receiving their parcel as proof that they received a faulty item. If a video is not recorded, claims for returns will not be accepted. If the video is recorded after the package has been opened, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Tampered / Damaged Seal
Please inspect the seal on the package upon receipt. If the seal appears to be tampered with or damaged in any way, please do not accept the parcel and reach out to us immediately.
